Tyler Wright – A career firefighter that uses real life experience to help coach life saving skills in a fun & safe environment. An instructor with the Red Cross for 5+ years. I have a passion to teach and keep the community a safer place.
We are a training partner with the Red Cross. We use only certified trainers that follow the guidelines and morals set out by The Red Cross. We service individuals and businesses in St. Thomas and surrounding areas.
Courses

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
DURATION: 2 days
CPR A: 13 hours in-class
CPR C: 14 hours in-class

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (Blended)
Duration: 1 Day + Online Theory
7 hours in class
2-8 hours online
3-year certification in Standard First Aid Level A or C (digital certificate issued upon successful completion)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in a team environment for professionals with a duty to respond. Teaches the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation including use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy can also be added as additional certifications to this course.
Duration: 1 day
Stand-alone course – 4 hours
Upgrades:
- With Airway Management – 5 hours
- With Oxygen Therapy – 5 hours
- With Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy – 6 hours
1-year certification in Basic life support C (digital certificate issued upon successful completion)

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Recert
Review and practice skills learned in standard First Aid and CPR-C
Duration – 1 day
7 hours

Basic Life Support (BLS) Recert
Review and practice CPR skills
Duration: 2 hours
1-year certification in Basic life support C (digital certificate issued upon successful completion)
3-year certification in Standard First Aid Level A or C (digital certificate issued upon successful completion)

Do you teach offsite courses?
Who should take the course?
BLS - In-facility care providers, including nursing staff, care aides, medical and dental professionals. Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in a fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol
Standard First Aid & CPR C- Most school programs and workplaces require Standard First Aid & CPR C which is valid for 3 years

What is the refund policy?
- Refund policy would be 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel with less than 48-hour notice there would be no refund.
- In the case that the cancellation was done on our end which would be very rare a full refund would be returned.
- Rescheduling is also an option for a further date but if that’s not possible a refund will be sent.
- To receive a refund send a request to [email protected] with name, date, and reason for cancelling. Within 3 business days a refund will be sent.

- If your business has 1-5 workers per shift: 1 worker per shift must be trained in Emergency First Aid
- If your business has 6+ workers per shift: 1 worker per shift must be trained in Standard First Aid
- Remember workplace first aiders must work in the immediate vicinity of the first aid station
